Maybe We should talk about Sweet Tea?

In my interview at Grammy’s Grid, I mention my favorite beverage is Sweet Tea. There’s also a question about my first blog post, which happens to be My Recipe for Sweet Tea.

So, there’s a little trick to it. Some people think you just add sugar. That’s not it at all. First the sugar is melted into the water to make a simple syrup and then you add the tea.
