A partial synopsis from Bas Bleu: “No one heals himself by wounding another.” —St. Ambrose
Inspiration can be hard to find, but sometimes it’s only as far as a turn of the page. This tiny (4″x5″) uplifting compendium offers quotes from more than 150 saints, dealing with many topics we face every day, including “Forgiveness,” “Suffering,” and “Gratitude.”
My thoughts: What a lovely little compilation book! My favorite quote listed inside is from St. John Climacus. “If pride made demons out of angels, there is no doubt that humility could make angels out of demons.”
