If my research is correct, these little cuties are called Sanderlings, but please feel free to correct me! 😉 I am curious if they have lots of common names?
We loved watching them search and snack along the shoreline.
These photos are from our visit to Fort Morgan, Alabama way back in February.
The Sanderlings were working very quickly at the waters edge
and then they were gone.
